Helping them get there, one by one.

OUR MISSION

We started this foundation to help deserving high school seniors with college expenses, in memory of our daughter, Dominique Shepherd, who lost her battle with leukemia right before she would have started her freshman year. The initial funds came from the $500 Dominique had saved in her own account and our mission is to raise enough funds to provide at least one student a full scholarship for one year. In the meantime, we help with as many college expenses as we can, knowing this is something she would have wanted us to do.

Updated application coming soon. You’ll need to open with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

PAST FUNDRAISING EVENTS

Here are just a few. Others have included Fish Dinners and Performances by Donna’s Dance Studio. Unfortunately, Queen Esther was canceled due to COVID, but we’re looking forward to arranging another trip to Sight & Sound & Theater, in the near future, as well as many other in person events. In the meantime, we’ve been receiving donations via the Donation Button or directly through PayPal. Please consider a donation of any amount. Together we can change the lives of young people who are our future. Thank you!
